I recently had the pleasure of working with Duane, who came to inspect my water heater that had been acting up. From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism. He kindly asked if his van was in the way, which I thought was a nice touch. Duane also put on shoe covers before entering my home, showing great respect for my space.After the initial inspection, he returned to install a tankless water heater, and it has been functioning perfectly since then! I truly couldn't be happier with the results. Additionally, I received a follow-up call from management to check in on how everything went with Duane. "Happy" is an understatementI highly recommend their service!

We had Kyle out to trouble shoot an issue with the hot water tank. Kyle was able to diagnose the problem and provided an affordable fix. We would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to our family and neighbors.

This is my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I have to say, the customer service is absolutely top notch! Kyle is the most personable and professional plumber I have ever met. He helped me decide on the best tankless water heater model to get for the value, and the entire process was seamless and courteous. I even subscribed to their Club membership! Never heard of a subscription plan from a plumbing company before until now! I get free whole house inspections annually AND 15% on all plumbing stuff for my house! This is such a deal! I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

When the pipes in my basement broke, I felt frustrated, because most companies wanted me to wait before coming over to repair. But Kyle was prompt, and courteous. Could not recommend the service more highly. Its such a relief to have my problem taken care of. Im trying out the Club Membership. The 15% discount on future plumbing jobs is a pretty decent deal. Give it a try.
