Kyle is not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and professional. My job is to change an old water shut, which others say they’ll have to cut open the wall and charge me $800. Kyle came to my home, confidently provided me a $250 quote. He carefully cut/pealed away the old water shut and replaced a new one without cutting open my wall. He even stepped above and beyond to help me checked another leaked faucet and explained how things suppose to work and why could it be failing that way, and what are some simple ways I can try to fix the leakage. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Duane, who came to inspect my water heater that had been acting up. From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by his professionalism. He kindly asked if his van was in the way, which I thought was a nice touch. Duane also put on shoe covers before entering my home, showing great respect for my space.After the initial inspection, he returned to install a tankless water heater, and it has been functioning perfectly since then! I truly couldn't be happier with the results. Additionally, I received a follow-up call from management to check in on how everything went with Duane. "Happy" is an understatementI highly recommend their service!

Greedy experience working with Kyle at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were available short notice to fix our water heater. They were very competitively priced. Kyle was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Would recommend and will use them again in the future.

This is my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I have to say, the customer service is absolutely top notch! Kyle is the most personable and professional plumber I have ever met. He helped me decide on the best tankless water heater model to get for the value, and the entire process was seamless and courteous. I even subscribed to their Club membership! Never heard of a subscription plan from a plumbing company before until now! I get free whole house inspections annually AND 15% on all plumbing stuff for my house! This is such a deal! I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
