I had called Alex for what I thought was a simple job. It ended up being bigger than we both thought and he had to come back the next day. He was so on top of it and kind. He didn’t want to freak me out but was honest about what I needed to get done. He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I am a single female home owner and repair men often attempt to pull one over.
