Chris did a great job at a great price. He specializes in carpet repair and does this full time. His work is guaranteed for the life of the carpet. Would hire again and recommend without hesitation.

While Chris was initially very nice, friendly, and communicative, my experience took a turn for the worse. After agreeing on a price, things changed unexpectedly.
Initially, he mentioned that they would typically bring their own scraps of carpet to do the repair. Then, he changed his stance and apologized for the confusion. Since he apologized, I decided to give them another chance and went out to pick up a carpet remnant myself for the repair.
Afterwards, he decided to upcharge without consulting with me first. To my shock, he then claimed the scope had changed, and this was now the accurate cost. At no point did he inform me that the scope had changed or that the price would change.
Additionally, he increased the total price once I have approved the original price. This is not a trustworthy business.
Overall, he’s manipulative and unprofessional. I would not recommend his services, especially when his price is higher than everyone else. We chose him based on good reviews, but now I’m not sure if those reviews are even real.
