Daniel was great at assessing the work and coming up with a reasonable estimate for the work. My work involved getting rid of carpet, tile and vinyl sheets to install LVP, along with removal of some pretty old furniture fixed to the wall. He was able to complete that in less than 3 days, and explain different obstacles he saw on the way, and offer suggestions and improvements on how to make that look better overall. He was able to solve all problems and make the floor look great. I will hire him again for any future projects.
