He was willing to give me info before even coming by about what I would need for the job and why- a stand alone circuit breaker and a plug in the back of the fireplace for an insert heater vs just plugging it in to the wall. He came by to verify what the work would entail. In general he always came on time and or texted me his ETA. He was timely, thorough and tidy and did a great job of running the conduit in the basement and leveling the heater. I had to leave for an appt and felt I had enough of a sense of him to have him lock up. He sent me videos of doing so as well as a video of my functioning fireplace heater. The cost for an electrician is never going to be cheap. However, I now feel like I have a reliable, responsive and professional electrician for other work."See more
