They also helped me determine which circuits were most important to prioritize during a power outage. Geoff J. says, "Spencer is a quiet, polite guy who listens to an explanation of a problem and explains what he can do to check it out. I had an intermittent problem with kitchen outlets. He checked the wiring and connections, then checked the GFCI plug on that circuit. Found that the 30 year old GFCI case was cracked and explained that these devices can start to have problems at 10 years. Replaced the GFCI and a light switch that was broken. He had the required parts on hand. Cleaned up the area after the work was done."See more

Dave Johnson says, "Exactly what you would expect. In a good way.Great communication - on cost, schedule, and on unexpected issues. Fairly priced. Work was done on schedule and was of high quality. Inspector was happy with the work; I believe he called it very tidy and was complementary generally of his work.My original job (adding interlock and generator inlet) had an unexpected hiccup (my main 200 amp breaker had failed open at some point in the last 40 years). That required additional work and the scope and costs of my options were clearly laid out. The additional work (I decided on a full panel replacement for several reasons) was fairly priced and performed as soon as PSE was able to schedule a meter pull.There was never a push to do work that wasnt required. Never a push to replace parts unnecessarily. Pleasant to work with and very satisfied with the outcome! Highly recommend."See more
