He was able to do the install immediately and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why given my unique HVAC setup. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about a new HVAC system and have questions about how and why they are priced the way they are.

I would not recommend this guy at all for HVAC service. He is very unprofessional and have undesirable time management skills. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who works under a company for HVAC work do not hire these people online who make their own rules because you will be at the mercy of their schedule.

John answered all questions posed to him in a timely manner and he provided me a very detailed accounting of what would be installed, the work to be done and the associated warranties. Moises was professional on time well actually early for the job and everything went smoothly. He provided a detailed estimate with options. When I say the immediate relief of the air working again in the home was amazing that is an understatement. He did a full HVAC system replacement on a 20 year old out of date unit. He also added a drip pan new filter and new programmable thermostat install. I will continue to use him for our system maintenance and be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC service.

I contacted M&J Services on a Friday evening and they responded quickly. They arrived at my house in less than an hour. After diagnostic testing they discovered that my outside unit and my zone control needed to be replaced. Due to the weekend, the replacement parts couldn’t be obtained until Monday morning. Mike and Jacob arrived early Monday morning(8a.m.) and finished the job in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and I would trust them with any future HVAC services. We are now enjoying nice cool temperatures in our house.

He was able to point out our issue with our system and gave us recommendations for fixing our issue without any pressure. We went ahead with the repair needed, and he was able to communicate that he had an earlier opening;therefore, the work was done ahead of schedule and effectively. He is very respectful of homes, and brings his own shoe guards. Over all, we would recommend his services to anyone needing them.
