I do not recommend!!! Fred is a horrible contractor he literally supposed to came and cleaned my coils on my ac unit, cleaned the filter instead he replaced a part that didn’t need to be replaced.. Then over charged me… $400 gone down the drain

Dear Cormelia, Thank you for your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand your unit was experiencing issues with shutting off and on, and our technician identified a need to replace the capacitor. Following the initial service, an additional problem with the electrical panel was discovered. Our records show that our technician waited over 20 minutes for your landlord to provide payment. As a convenience, and against company policy, the technician accepted $200 via Cash App and $200 in cash. However, we were notified that the $200 Cash App payment is pending a refund request. The total invoice for the services rendered was $463, which included $137 to be paid directly to the technician for labor and mileage. Regrettably, we are unable to provide these services for only $200. Additionally, we have been informed of three separate maintenance requests made to our technician’s personal cellphone, two of which occurred this morning. For efficient service, we request that all maintenance requests be directed through our official channels. We aim to provide the best service possible and would like to discuss a resolution.
