My experience with Brathwaite and Johnson HVAC was absolutely awesome! From the time that I reached out with issues with my heat, I felt like a VIP customer. The response from Mr. Johnson was prompt, he came out at inconvenient hours to ensure that we wouldn’t freeze overnight. He educated me on what the problem was and replaced my parts quickly. The price was the best I’ve ever received from an HVAC company. He was very professional. I highly recommend working with this company for any HVAC needs.
