My experience with Brathwaite and Johnson HVAC was absolutely awesome! From the time that I reached out with issues with my heat, I felt like a VIP customer. The response from Mr. Johnson was prompt, he came out at inconvenient hours to ensure that we wouldn’t freeze overnight. He educated me on what the problem was and replaced my parts quickly. The price was the best I’ve ever received from an HVAC company. He was very professional. I highly recommend working with this company for any HVAC needs. I will continue to patronize this business in the future!

Eric was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me in simple terms my issue and the resolution. Very fair pricing(shopped around) in comparison to other companies and had my heat back running same day. Very thankful and highly recommend using, won’t be disappointed!
