Vick kept seventeen 8 year old boys engrossed in his positive messaged magic show for 45 minutes. My boys skepticism of another magician, were quickly addressed when Vick introduced himself with a flaming business card. Both groups of children and parents were delighted.

Magician Michael, put on a great show full of energy and comical moments. He was great with all the children ages 6-8 and entertained the adults as well. He made my daughter, the birthday girl, feel special by including her into his show. We were very pleased by his performance and would highly recommend him.

I struggled with leaving this review. I understand we all have passions and need to make a living. Lawrence as a person was very, very nice. But as a magician, he lacked.
Full Transparency: I tried to cancel last minute because we incurred some car expenses earlier in the week and I didnt want to spend anything extra. But Lawrence explained he had been preparing and booked a room. So I didn't press the issue.
I booked Lawrence for a 4 year olds birthday party. After watching his videos on youtube and seeing they were like 12 years old, I voiced my concern on his ability to work a crowd of toddlers. His response was, " I am aware of difference between an adult audience and the younger one ( 4-5 years old), and I have developed magical routines just for the kids." I went with it to my own fault.
Lawrence arrived 1.5 hours late. The party space was only booked for 2 hours. And he still insisted on an hour show. The magic felt a bit pedestrian. I KNOW it's 4 year olds, so it doesn't need to be GREAT... but this just was not good. He took an extended amount of time to get there, set up, and tear down. Toddlers don't want to sit still for long but thats why i asked about him being able to keep their attention. Maybe this is fine for a different crowd. But I just don't recommend him for a group of toddlers.
Lawrence was so sweet, the act was not it.
