Michael the Magician did a fantastic job for my son's 6th birthday party! We had almost 30 kids and he kept all of them (and the 10 adults in the room) entertained and laughing for 50 minutes!

We hired Michael for our son’s 2nd birthday party. The kids absolutely loved him, and left us adults talking about the magic show for the rest of the evening. If you are looking for a magician, he is the one! Initially, I interviewed couple of magicians over the phone. But his energy and the way he carried the conversation, I could tell that he is going to grab everyone’s attention with an ease. And this was more then true, he had something for everyone! The little ones had a blast, laughing at his jokes and eagerly waiting to be picked for the next trick. While he also had super cool tricks for the adults. Very well done Michael!

Amazing. He was on time, professional and performed as requested for my private cocktail party. We hired Drew Owen for my son's (turning 6) birthday party. We had about 20 3-7 year olds and their parents. He was awesome!! Absolutely everybody: young and old truly enjoyed the entire performance. Not only he is a wonderful magician, who is fantastic with the kids, he is a professional musician. I am so glad that we also included some tricks which involved real musical instruments like a violin and a saxophone. Drew is a true professional, he is great with the kids, he is very diplomatic, and very creative! I am highly recommending him!

I posted my request on Thumbtack on Monday morning, and within 30 minutes I received a response from Captain Allstar. He called me, and I selected him to perform for my son's Birthday Party (the next day). We had to adjust the timeframe, and he was more than accommodating. He was punctual and professional throughout the entire event.
The performance was five stars because he was able to provide a great show entertaining 16 4-5 year-olds for over 45 minutes. Captain Allstar had all the kids smiling, laughing, and dancing. He was so impressive that he paused the show while the birthday boy took a potty break and still kept the audience's attention.Captain Allstar made my son's birthday a hit!
I recommend Captain Allstar to anyone who is looking for a top notch clumsy superhero magician!

I can't believe I was able to bring a performer of Chris' caliber to my home for a private party — he's SO GOOD. I'm hoping to book him for another event before he inevitably has his own Vegas show, because I'm sure it'll be a short time before he is way out of my price range. He was so impressive with his tricks and comedy, and more than that he was a pleasure to have as a party guest, too. He included everyone in my house, in every room, with such a variety of entertainment that the two hours he was there felt like many more wonderful hours, and we didn't want him to leave! Chris adapted to the crowd, appealing to everyone from a 3 year old to 20-somethings to 50s plus with balloons, story telling, card and slight of hand tricks and so much more. I'm only sad I didn't discover Chris sooner so I could have had him at past events. I thought hiring a magician might be a cute gimmick for my carnival-themed Halloween party, but it turned out to be THE THING everyone talked about for the rest of the night and will for years to come! Thank you Chris!
