Service Cart and Mr. Ahmed, made me, the customer their number #1 priority. Prior to hiring Service Cart, I had another HVAC company out of MD who come out and replace the fan motor. Long story short, the first company came out and replaced the fan motor, causing a ticking sound every time the fan kicked in. Called them back out, they looked at the unit and stated it was because of a new motor placed in an older system. Clicking sound continued so I called them back out again, after three days and this time when they came out, they took the fan motor out, checked it and said there was a hole in the fan housing causing the clicking sound, thus recommended replacing the fan housing. Now the first HVAC company will not respond back. Not believing their diagnose, I contacted Service Cart. Let me say, complete difference, night, and day. Service Cart came out, took the fan motor completely out, diagnosed the problem and realized the first contractor place the rubber kit in backwards. Service Cart corrected their error, replaced the motor and now the system is humming along nicely. Service Cart prides themselves in providing the best customer experience and they are honest, fair and above all, professional. I will be utilizing Service Cart from this day forward. Service Cart’s Technician, Mr. Ahmed, was very friendly and assessed the situation and fully explained the process, cost, and the time frame needed to complete the work.

Alex and his team from Gomez AC Contractor were amazing. I had to have my HVAC system replaced as it was 20+ years old and malfunctioning. Alex was extremely responsive and willing to discuss the project with me in depth, even offering some alternatives to a full replacement as I had just been laid off due to covid and cost was concerning. However, because his pricing was so reasonable, I went ahead with a full replacement. The team of 4 arrived on time and got right down to business. My system is in a condo and therefore a little more complicated requiring drywall cutting but they did it with ease. The entire project took approximately 4.5 hours which was amazing! They even cleaned up after themselves thoroughly! The men were all extremely professional and Alex even showed me a few things about the system before he left to make sure I had full understanding. Parts have a 10 year warranty and Gomez AC offers a 2 year labor warranty as well. I would use them again in a heart beat and plan on telling everyone I know about them as well!! Thank you Gomez AC!!
