My HVAC system died a few days before Christmas and JDL came and installed everything in a few hours on Christmas Eve. Very Fair pricing, quick turnaround time and, above all, they had excellent professionalism. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on knowing exactly how to save our clients time and money. We charge a $89 fee for repair diagnostics that is credited towards the services you would be informed of and choose to go with. Due to the nature of repairs and replacements varying in solutions and therefore time, difficulty, and access of equipment it is hard to give a standard price for all repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our clients can look forward to having one of our experienced technicians quoting any service or repair they may need following a diagnostic/booking fee before choosing to have any services rendered and can look forward to most repair and maintenance needs being taken care of same day/visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified by National Balancing Council and Member of ACCA, with members of the team specializing in adjacent fields of work.
