- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is according to the problems. We don't buy online, because they don't have warranties by the manufacturer. We charge by the job not by an hourly rate. Service calls are charged if there are repairs, installs are FREE. That's when the customer needs to replace the system. We offer a senior discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to have a business relationship, all work done will be explained to the fullest. All work has to be done with a contract. Follow up calls are most important. Warranty charged if the labor warranty is up, but mechanical warranty is not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
