Amazing service, fully recommended! My heating stopped working just as a snowstorm started. I called more than a dozen HVAC repair companies purporting to provide 24/7 urgent service without success. When I contacted Nero’s they quickly understood the urgency of my request and dispatched someone within a few minutes who was able to promptly fix the issue. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.
