My heat started working on and off in the coldest part of January (when it was under 10 degrees) and they were able to come within 24 hours, and also tell me what was wrong and fix it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.
