Im not going to nitpick about what shoes they were wearing like some of the other reviews Anybody that can do plumbing work in Air Jordan’s must be really good because I would be scared to get them dirty Also I called them &received same day service which is rare They fixed the toilet upstairs & made a adjustment to the other to prevent running water Excellent job Keep up the good work God Bless !

I just want to share my experience to save some others time and money. Tony of Gods Workers talked and I further explained that I had a leak on my living ceiling and I believe that’s coming from a pipe in my master bathroom. I asked prior to him coming an idea of pricing because I had few other companies I was looking at to do the job. He stated that if it’s something it would be $100 and something, if it’s not that and something else it would be $300 something and if the leak is not that then it’s something else it would be $500 something. Please excuse me for not remembering the names of the “somethings” but I definitely know that he said it would be no more than $500. I told him I had to think about it and would call back. I decided to go with him over two other companies because of the name of his business alone. I was sold by the name of Gods Workers, but that’s definitely just a name because they are definitely not professional. They arrived at 2:18 pm and Tony came in my house with basketball slides sandals. My first thought was ok, he has on slides because he going to slip them off at the door and not track mug and the wetness from the rain in my house. I was wrong. When they wanted to go upstairs I had to stop them and asked them if they had any booties they could put on. They went out to their to retrieve booties. While, upstairs I was able to confirmed my thoughts from downstairs. I was asking myself did these guys come in my house after SMOKING WEED. I asked the younger guy in the red hoodie, hey I’m trying to determine if I’m tripping or not, but you smell like weed. He apologized and said he was “at his folks house” and wasn’t expecting Tony to pick him up for the job and that it was in his jacket. That’s so unprofessional After he confirmed that I was in fact smelling weeds I should have put them out my house then. But, I didn’t allowed them to cut up my ceiling in an effort to find the source of this leak. They were on the ladder and and about to start cutting when I had to stop them again and ask if they had anything to put over my carpet and furniture because there was going to be dust everywhere. They said they was going to sweep up after, but they could go out to the trunk and find something. They returned with what appeared to be a heavy duty trash bag and cut that into two pieces. It covered very minimum. They starting cutting and after running my water for an hour the leak still wasn’t visible then Tony asked the younger guy to pour water on my bathroom floor and A (single) drop of water appeared on the pipe. There were other water stains further away that Tony stated had to be coming from other because they were along a beam. I wasn’t satisfied with that theory, but I’m also no leak expert. Then Tony said that he was going to go outside and write up my estimate. Mind you I’m mentally prepared to pay at most $500 and was eager to getting this problem fixed that day. However he returned with the invoiced that stated my diagnostic fee was $159 or pay $989 for the work he wanted to do, which to pull and reset my toilet ($275), pipe repair ($300 something) and flange (another $300 something). Now I’m suppose to pay $989 for this leak that not visible after running my water for an hour. It’s was only a small drop visible until he told the other guy to pour water on the floor. When so asked about pricing of $500 at the most he gave some excuse. I told him that if Knew that he was try to charge me $1000 he wouldn’t have been in my house because I would have went with someone else. Additionally, I wasn’t aware of the $159 diagnostic fee. It was NEVER discussed prior to. I told him that I couldn’t afford that and I guess I would just had to pay the diagnostic fee. He just to give me a small discount after that but I concluded from everything that had occurred that he was trying to upcharge me for services that I didn’t need. The guys were in my house for two hour and essentially I paid them $80 a hour to leave dry dust all over my furniture, smelling like marijuana, holes in my ceiling, to listen him go back and forth with his wife on the phone about their personal business while he was trying to give me the price. I feel like I was taken advantage of and basically had to pay them to leave. This whole experience was unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m providing a few pics.
