Taylor Bell says, "I was visiting Minnesota for some ice fishing several years ago and got a call from my niece, in Texas City, telling me her bath tub valve would not shut off. I told her to give me a few minutes and I would make some calls. After a Google search, and being told by many companies that they could "maybe" be there in a few days to help her, I called Generational Plumbing.I explained the urgent situation to the guy that answered the phone and asked if there's anything he can do. I explained that all other plumbing companies were too busy and that it would be a few days until they could come out and give me a quote. I got a text message from my niece, as I was talking to the gentleman from Generational Plumbing, and told him that she said, "The water is now coming out of the wall, from behind the spout!".Hearing the tension in my voice, the man said, "Mr. Bell, my name is Josh. I'm the owner of Generational Plumbing. I've got crews at different locations throughout Houston right now, but since we've been on the phone I've just locked-up the office and am heading to Texas City right now. Please text me your niece's address, and I will personally take care of this". I was blown away!My niece texted me one hour (1) after I spoke to Josh and said that he came out, immediately cut the water off to the house, removed the valve and replaced the stem and packing, pressure tested it, and lined the water back up to the house. She said that Josh was very nice and even took the time to show her how to block in the water to the home, should she ever need too. Josh is a savior! I thanked him wayyy too many times and gladly paid him for his work and professionalism.Generational Plumbing is the ONLY company I will use for any/all of my plumbing needs.
