Cosmic Plumbing (Jr.) was so quick to respond and was available the next day. Our hot water wasn’t working in the kitchen sink but was working everywhere else. Gave me a 2 hour window and he texted when he was 15 minutes away. Took him a few minutes to figure out the issue and fixed it in no time. He didn’t charge us anything because it was an easy fix but we gave him a tip. 10/10 recommend him and will use him again! Thanks Jr.!

JR with Cosmic Plumbing is fantastic! We had an issue with a wobbly toilet, and after a mainstream plumber assessed the situation, I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding based on their quote and approach. I reached out to JR, and he provided a detailed explanation of what the problem could be and scheduled a visit for the same day. It turned out that the original issue wasn’t what I expected; JR diagnosed the negligence in the toilet installation and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix everything. He came by the next day to make the repairs and even addressed another issue we were experiencing. The repair required special parts and tools or it would have likely been a same day fix. JR is knowledgeable, thorough, and maintains a clean work environment. I will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!
