We are very satisfied with Tom and his team, as the issues would come up with the cleaning and repair of our old fireplace, he and his team handled them in a professional way and kept me updated every step of the way. We are very satisfied with the results of pretty much a brand new fireplace. It is as clean as the day we bought this house, and we look forward to using it during the holidays, of course depending on Houston weather. Shaggy inspected a never used gas fireplace for a house built 2007. He also repaired some small cracks in the plaster.
He showed enormous courtesy, was detailed oriented and very reasonable priced.

I'm still floored. Over the past year I've had 3 separate "specialists" come and try to fix my fireplace. I've had to wait hours on end for them to tell me, "I'll have to contact my supervisor to see if someone else can come out."
Seeing how we got hit with the winter storm, I realized how important it was to have a properly working fireplace... so I messaged Dragon after midnight, and he contacted me bright and early today. He said he couldn't promise anything, but that he understands what we're going thru so he'll try to come soon.
He texted me when he was on his way so I didn't have to wait around all day, identified himself outside, with his mask on (which I greatly appreciated), came in very professionally and identified the problem literally within the first 5 minutes. Not only did he identify the problem, he fixed it. Just goes to show that a company can have a big name with no results.... or you can find someone with experience and knowledge who will actually solve the problem for you. I wish I found Dragon when the fireplace first went out, but better late then never. I would, and have, recommended him to anyone that needs any type of fireplace repair 100%. Thank you for helping us stay warm.
