We moved into an old home with a very damaged and never-cleaned fireplace. We went with instant chimney and are glad we did. They inspected our fireplace, told us what needed to be done to use it safely for the winter, and then made the 50 year old fireplace look brand new. They also fixed the flu latch that we thought was going to need complete replacement and even repaired some of the brick mortar while they were at it just because they could. Super fast work, amazingly clean and thorough, awesome job. 10/10.

We initially had an issue with our service, which turned out to be a misunderstanding with the office personnelle. To rectify the problem the owner of the company personally came to our home to inspect our chimney and then arranged service the same day with his crew. Not only did this fix the problem, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the service. Excellent professionalism, promptness, and quality. You can tell he takes pride in his company.

Rico and his guys were super professional, polite and fast. They not only cleaned my fireplace and chimney but made several repairs. They were unbelievably quick and SO clean. My fireplace looks brand new and I now feel safe lighting a fire this winter! I would definitely use them again.
