All prices vary depending on each service request. We do have a set pricing list for certain services. Please contact the office for further information and questions?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting the customer's appointment for the desired service request, the customer will be added to our database and receive an email and text confirmation of their appointment. All communications, estimates, photos, and invoices are available for our customers to view in their client portal. This is so that our office can keep track of the entire history of each client, along with the client having access to view all documents and records of services received from our company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our team members/technicians hold different credentials based on their areas of expertise. Professional development and continual learning are essential to our company’s success in serving our ever-changing customers’ needs in the home improvement industry. It is crucial that not only our new team members hold credentials in their area of expertise, but our experienced professionals continue developing and honing their skills to accommodate today’s technological advancement.
