We had a bit of a snafu with one of our water heaters in the attic, and although it was a complicated and tight fit, Ricky went above and beyond to ensure that we got a water heater installed properly and quickly. We went ahead and replaced both and I could not recommend them enough. I am very happy to now have a plumbing expert I call in a pinch and count on to make sure everything is perfect. Elise G. says, "Yesterday (Friday) around 2 pm, our upstairs A/C stopped working. My wife called around but no one would send a technician before Monday. Finally she reached Mecheale at 1-800-Plumber who said they would send someone immediately since it was an emergency. After sending photos and describing the problem over the phone, the technician concluded that the problem was minor. Edward arrived around 6:30 pm and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The lines were clogged so he cleaned and pressurized the lines and removed the nasty residue which also required some plumbing work. Edward gave us an honest and fair price and was extremely professional. I will use him for our annual service contract because he earned my trust. I will also recommend him to our entire neighborhood because he also lives in Richmond, TX. I give him 5 Stars so the Academy Award goes to, EDWARD!!!"See more

Ok so just like with most hvac companys, their goal is to sell you a new system. My Run capacitor went out and all I wanted was a replacement (a $50 part) Buddy says he can fix it for $1300 but may only last my system a couple of months and I won't be happy. Recommends a brand new system. I decline but instead of taking no for an answer he insists on at least giving an estimate for a new system. I say OK. Spends at least 2 hours or more running his test and doing whatever in his van. Meanwhile I get a family friend licensed hvac guy to swing in swap the parts and get me running for $250 and 10 minutes of my time. Buddy didn't like that because his time was wasted but he should've taken no for an answer and stop trying to upsell people. Buddy called the cops because my hvac guy didn't have a sticker on his truck. Cops stopped by and said its the stupidest call he's ever gotten lol. Cops don't know or care about laws pertaining to hvac licenses 🙄
