Swan performed an estimate to run sewer and water out to a pool house. They were extremely professional and meticulous. While my project for a pool house is on hold, their work ethic and professionalism was amazing. Solid plumbing company.

I Informed the rep that my air conditioning line drained into the sink line upstairs and then I had an overflow with bad plumbing under my upstairs sink. He replaced the air conditioning line PVC with a flexible pipe and informed me that the pipe from the sink was basically too far down into the brass fitting and was causing a blockage... however, when he cut the PVC to replace with the flexible line, I had to ask if the blockage went further up the line and he said that he didn’t know... I took the discarded PVC out and looked... sure enough the blockage was all the way through the approximately 1 foot 3/4” pvc... so, I had to remove the plumbing that he had just completed... he wasn’t going to inform me that I would have additional blockage issues due to the back up... he was ready however for my payment... also note that the $59 service fee is not rolled into the repair cost... In addition, my window was from 3-5... I hadn’t heard anything by approximately 4:15, so I decided to call in to check... technician did arrive by 5:02... which isn’t too bad, bud definitely would have preferred the company reach out of it we’re going to be outside of the window rather than me reaching out to the company...
My biggest disappointment is the lack of communication and me having to ask specifically about the A/C line... with an A/C & Plumbing company... the rep doesn’t have to be an expert, but I am by no means an expert and still knew to ask...

All the reviews about this place were absolutely correct! This is the most incredible plumber. All I can say is that they are a blessing! Where to start, they came out asap. Respected our wishes not to dig up the expensive flooring to repair the slab leak. Not saying that will be an option for every situation, but, the owner and his son brainstormed several options and price points to achieve the results we needed. Not only that, they started work the following day, repaired 3 leaks, checked all our hot water heaters, responded to all of my tons of questions with great patience, even after hours! Did not rip us off!!! After having half a dozen plumbers out most of which wanted to charge the price of a used vehicle, this place charged me like 1/10 of what the others wanted to charge, and I got to keep my expensive stone work!!!! On a scale of 1-10 they rate 100, no joke! I am telling everyone I know!! Test it and see if I am telling the truth! Call other plumbers, get an estimate, and then call them and see how incredible they are by comparison. You don’t have to take my word and you can actually test it out yourself. AMAZING JOB GUYS! From the start when I spoke to the daughter to set the appointment to the finish, when the sons got it all fixed, best in the industry. They even scheduled the city inspector to come and verify their work, needless to say, after checking with a fine tooth comb, he said it was the best plumbing job he's inspected in our city this far! 🙌🙌🙌
