Melky and his team stuck with my problem until they solved it. I was honestly afraid I was going to have to jackhammer up 100 square feet of concrete to get to a sewer line...but they found a way around it and solved the problem of my 80+ year old sewer lines.
Update on this. A few weeks later, the problem returned. The team came out and said they would install a new clean-out to make it easier to assess the problem. As I was leaving town for a week, we agreed that the work would be completed while I was gone. I returned and found nothing had been done. They asserted that it had been raining while I was away. Checking with weather records and neighbors showed that it had rained lightly one day and drizzled a few other days. Not exactly a "work stopping" downpour. After my first communication with them about why it hadn't been done, they ceased to return calls or respond to text messages. Ended up having to find a different plumber to complete the work. The experience forces me to change my prior five star rating.
