Rezai responded to within minutes of me putting the request in on a Saturday and communicated effectively and transparently about everything the job entailed. He is hard-working, reliable, skilled, and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the job. He showed up EARLIER than promised ON THE SAME DAY I reached out and knocked the garbage disposal replacement job out right away. He finished the job faster than I expected! I was not available to see the finished work, so he even sent me a video with pictures of everything as soon as the job was done! He explained everything thoroughly. Rezai has done two different jobs for me in the last 5 months. Completely fixed my garbage disposal well really put a whole new one in. Also fixed my clogged bathtub. Rezai is VERY responsive he generally comes same day or next day to inspect if you can make it work and is better price than most plumbing businesses. I will continue to use him going forward!

Rezai came out within 2 hours of me calling and came prepared. He was very respectful of my home and took his shoes off without me having to ask. He had a replacement garbage disposal in case he had to replace mine and was honest about me not needing to replace at this time. I decided to replace anyway and cost was less than I expected. I would most definitely use him again.
