On February 1st at 12:42 AM, my shower faucet unexpectedly malfunctioned. Naturally, I reached out to several well-known plumbing companies that advertise 24/7 service. To my surprise, none of them were actually available, and I was unable to shut off the water supply to just the bathroom. Since turning off the water to my entire home wasn’t an option, I needed a quick solution. That’s when I found Rezai’s contact information. I sent him an email, and he responded immediately. After reviewing the pictures I sent, he quickly diagnosed the problem. Although he didn’t have the replacement part on hand at that hour, he assured me he could fix it first thing in the morning. True to his word, Rezai arrived early for our scheduled appointment and completed the repair efficiently. His pricing was also far more reasonable than the major plumbing companies. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, look no further—Rezai is your guy! I don’t usually write reviews, but his exceptional service deserved to be shared. You won’t be disappointed!
