Zoom drain were so accommodating and punctual. They arrived same day, not only completing the task that we’re hired for but also finding other issues within my home. The technician Doug was so professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. This company now has a new customer for life. Before that, he reviewed all the options and explained what we could do as ongoing maintenance to reduce the likelihood of future challenges.
