I got lucky and they had an appointment the same day I called. Doug was great, he's very knowledgeable and focus on how to fix our toilet, it was minor and he got it done on a timely manner. I would definitely call them again !

Thank you so much. I can’t say enough that that you helped me so much. I called and they were here within the hour. I was so upset when my toilet flooded, then they showed me everything w a camera. Gave me options, didn’t rush, super kind. 3 gentlemen showed up and stayed for hours. Calmed me down and reassured me of my options. Told me I had time on other stuff. I’m unsure if they are the cheapest but I’d call them over and over again because you get what you pay for. The first plumber didn’t find the issue and told me it wasn’t blocked. It was. The price was less than I expected and I was given different options on how to handle it. Hands down the company you want.

The whole experience with Zoom Drain was great. Their scheduler called promptly, was so kind, and was very thorough about the process. Doug was our technician and was excellent. He gave us lots of options and fixed the problem quickly. He also fielded about 1000 questions from my kids and kept them entertained which was an added bonus!
