They sent someone out and rectified the issue promptly with the correct receptacle (Hubbell 9450A) and charged me fairly for the labor and outlet. Thanks for resolving my issues.

This review is coming after a little after a year and a half after the requested service. I requested an installation of a NEMA 14-50 receptacle so I could hook up my EV Charger. Turns out they installed a cheap, non-industrial one that can’t handle the continuous load so it failed and melted on me. Their communication was prompt but I can’t speak for their use of materials. Now I’m concerned whether they decided to cheap out on other things like the wiring somehow and if the existing line is even safe to use.
Fortunately, there was no house fire but I would recommend another company for electrical work even if it costs more. Outside of needing a repair AND a new charger who knows what other serious issues might exist now?
