The work did not equal the price. $440.00 See photo. The tech was great, price came from owner. Was going g to have too different thing's done, but one wasn't possible. The price was from the quote for both jobs.

I was not overly pleased with the work. A hole was cut a unnecessarily in one of the walls to place the living room switch. This left me needing to pay someone else patch it. They left quite a mess as well. I messaged them about being unpleased but they never responded.

I recently hired HR Phoenix Electrical Services to install two new electrical outlets in my house. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided. The technician maintained good communication throughout the process and completed the job to a high standard. However, there were a couple of issues that could have been avoided with better assessment. For instance, during the installation process, the drywall was cut before realizing there was a joist behind, necessitating additional cuts and adjustments. Additionally, although I understand that the condition of the drywall may not have been the technician’s fault, there was an initial horizontal cut that had to be redone vertically because the drywall couldn’t support the outlet frame. While I appreciate the quality of the work done, I believe a more thorough assessment beforehand could have prevented these issues. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, but there’s room for improvement in ensuring that such challenges are anticipated and addressed more effectively in the future.

I hate to write negative reviews. First of all, the staff was friendly, but the experience wasn’t great. We were quoted a fee for them to come out and diagnose our problem; fee included first hour of work. They came and it took several hours to diagnose so once they figured it out, we were told they’d have to come back because they had another job to get to. Well, to come back, they wanted to charge us another service call fee. This wasn’t a new issue; it was the one they were here to fix the first time so there shouldn’t have been any additional charge to us. We were able to get them to take it off with some push back, but it shouldn’t have had to be a discussion. The problem was fixed, but now our outlet plate sticks out because he had to add an extra wire. This would probably be solved by installing a bigger outlet box, but this wasn’t an option offered to us. Glad the main problem is fixed; disappointed with the rest of the experience.
