Paul was great explaining the project details, and was transparent on pricing and got me set up right away. Chris was amazing with all the things he did, and was thorough with explaining the work he needed to do. I’d definitely would hire them again for any electrical project I need in the future.

Excellent experience working with the entire staff at HR Phoenix Electrical Services! Highly recommend to everyone! Their in person response (Mr Paul Rylee - Owner) to my storm damage in Dallas after the Tues. AM 5/28/24 storms began within an hour after my initial call. Thank you so much Mr Paul Rylee and your exceptional crew and office staff! Repairs were made (a complete electrical system installation, up to current City of Dallas code specifications) within two days, including Thursday during more rain and thunderstorms. My hat’s off to the crew for their persistence in completing the repairs. Also, a big thank you to Thumbtack for your exacting database of well qualified professional contractors. Will not hesitate to hire HR Phoenix in the future for any additional electrical equipment maintenance or repairs. HRP is always welcomed on my property! Terry Johnson

I used an electrical for 20 years who retired, and I thought I would never find another company as great and nice as he was. But I did – HR Phoenix was fantastic. Great, super nice staff, fast and did quality work. A liiiiiitle pricey, but what isn't these days. I highly recommend them.

Michael did a great job, responsive, complete, and expedient. Initial hourly cost was a little high but they were up front about it. Rates dropped in second hour. Would definitely use HR Phoenix for other specialty or urgent electrical work. We contacted them Friday afternoon and received a quick call back. Technician came Saturday morning.

I recently hired HR Phoenix Electrical Services to install two new electrical outlets in my house. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service provided. The technician maintained good communication throughout the process and completed the job to a high standard. However, there were a couple of issues that could have been avoided with better assessment. For instance, during the installation process, the drywall was cut before realizing there was a joist behind, necessitating additional cuts and adjustments. Additionally, although I understand that the condition of the drywall may not have been the technician’s fault, there was an initial horizontal cut that had to be redone vertically because the drywall couldn’t support the outlet frame. While I appreciate the quality of the work done, I believe a more thorough assessment beforehand could have prevented these issues. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome, but there’s room for improvement in ensuring that such challenges are anticipated and addressed more effectively in the future.
