Mark came out less than 24 hours after my request. I was in a pinch, and he was timely, and provided great education about the repair that made me comfortable and confident about how to proceed with the service. Prices were reasonable. I'd recommend, and will call first for my future needs.

We had a few things needing to be done when an electrical outlet in our kitchen started to smoke. When all was said and done Warren from Straight Up swapped out an outlet, 2 GFI outlets, a circuit switch at the main board as well as a surge protector and fixed a 2 way light switch that was not working. What was nice from the initial inquiry is we got good, solid, straight-shooting info without us feeling we needed to question it. This was after we had someone from another company come out who took ZERO time to trouble-shoot to actually analyze the problems. We were told by another company we should replace our entire circuit board. This unnecessary overkill would have been twice the cost. Highly recommend Straight up!!
