Last night, I received a distressing text from my son that contained a video of smoke streaming from his ceiling fan. I reached out to all the major electrical companies, but no one was available to come out since it was after 6 PM. I reached out to Shaun and he responded immediately. When Shaun arrived, I felt a wave of relief. He was calm and collected, and his presence immediately put me at ease. After a brief introduction, he quickly got to work, assessing the situation. He discovered the source of the smoke that had caused the fan to overheat. He reassured me that it was under control and went to work replacing the fan, which he purchased on his way to our house. As he worked, I couldn't help but feel grateful for his willingness to come out on such short notice. It was late, and I knew he could have easily chosen to wait until the morning, which all of the major electric companies already suggested. Instead, he prioritized my son's safety, and for that, I am incredibly thankful. When Shaun finished, he tested the fan to ensure everything was functioning properly. The relief I felt was palpable. My son could now sleep soundly without the worry of smoke or fire. Last night, I went to bed with peace of mind, knowing my son was safe and that Shaun had truly saved the day. I made a mental note to keep his contact information close for any future emergencies. Heroes come in many forms, and Shaun was definitely one of them. Thank you 🙏🏻
