Everything was great about the cleaning itself. They arrived early and were thorough. Only downside was that they used a type of tape over the fireplace that peeled the paint off and didn't say anything.

I reached out to Sharpline Services to have a fireplace removed. Scott came out to access the project and was very accommodating in regards to potential options involving this project. He made himself available to answer any questions even before I decided to use Sharpline for the job. Sharpline was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Given the magnitude of the project, I was elated with the price Sharpline quoted me considering we were going to have to wait on the project given the other quotes I received. Once the decision was made to use Sharpline, they started work immediately and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We will be replacing the removed fireplace in due time and will absolutely be using Sharpline to carry out the job. Sharpline even facilitated in trying to help me find other individuals to quote out some other projects we are having done during this remodel. After the job was done, they had everything cleaned up as if they were never there! All in all, anyone needing work done on their fireplace should give Scott a call! Period, end of story!

ALC responded to our request for services next day and repaired and cleaned our fireplace and replaced the dryer vent ducting under our house all in one day. They were extremely professional, made sure we in the same page as to the work to be done, and made sure we were happy with the work done. They also did this for a fair price so we feel we got great value.

Ron was awesome. He had some great ideas for how to spruce up my fireplace and did a quick and clean job installing my new burner and fire logs. He even came back to check it out later in the day when I thought I smelled gas ( I didn’t and I’m crazy but he came back anyway). I would definitely call On the Spot for any future work and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Hired On Time Home Experts for a chimney sweep. Davon was great, professional and on time, gave me some good ideas about gas vs. wood, and cleaned up after he was finished. Was really impressed with him and appreciate his service. Just like any chimney company we’ve had out, it turned into an upset game with the sweep being $159 and then they wanted to sell me an additional service for an extra $199 Plus another $140 to repaint the inside of the fireplace. If you’re going to upswell someone every time you come out, the “cleaning fee” should be waived or reduced to next to nothing. Planning to pay around $160 plus tax then getting quotes work closer to $500 is a big difference.
