A few months ago my wife and I decided we were going to redo the exterior of our home and the backyard patio was going to be both showpiece and the largest single investment to an entirely new backyard. We received quotes from a few companies for our patio which would include demo, concrete, structural and electrical. Of the quotes and experiences we were immediately impressed with Jordan at Signature Quality Patios and quickly decided to have his company handle our project. What was immediately clear is his ability to adapt to our vision and provide expert advise on things we had not considered. That was the first difference, Jordan wanted OUR vision fulfilled and made it clear he would do what is needed to understand what we were looking for. To be honest, I was quite shocked by his ability to understand what I was asking for because it wasn’t something I could find a picture of and point at to say “I want that” but exactly what I had in mind is what he and his team delivered. From initial measurements to final walk through the professionalism, skill and communication were beyond compare. Jordan and I were in sync each step of the way and not once was I made to feel less than or not a part of. I even made changes to the electrical design mid way through the build and they were able to adapt THE SAME DAY. I can imagine my exact precise needs were difficult to accommodate but Jordan nailed it. We built a combo patio 34 feet wide x 16 feet long and it has changed our backyard. The investment has already increased the value of our house and my now only regret is that we don’t have more projects for Signature Quality to take on.
If you want a patio, don’t do anything but call Jordan. Full stop. He and his team will have you covered and for a project of this scope it isn’t even close.

Signature Quality Patios built our new awning and we couldn’t be happier! It’s a beautiful structure complete with can lighting to brighten the areas beneath and fans to keep us cool and the bugs away.
Jordan and his team were prompt and professional and finished in record time, only about 8 days on site. He also took the extra time to make sure there were no leaks, help us move furniture back in place and even arrange for the new electrical unit to be painted the same color as the house so it would blend in. I highly recommend SQP — especially if you are looking for a high quality awning that will last you many years in your home, and especially if you want to enjoy spending more time on your patio. David was quick to respond and set up appointments, and did great work installing a sail shade on my patio. Two days after installation we had a giant wind and hail storm and the shade stayed put through it all. He was also patient answering stupid questions about other things I wanted to do around the house. Will definitely hire again!
