We feel so fortunate to find Frayre construction for our remodel. Javier and his team are awesome. He has a great eye for design, is open about possibilities and choices (he even saved us from some mistakes), and are always professional and courteous. We will absolutely use Frayre construction for future work at our home.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the work the Frayre group did here at the house. We had a loft we needed to enclose and frame for a door (with twin babies learning to climb, it was a must!), and it looks great. More than that, though, the workers were so considerate of our family and needs—dust mitigation meant that we could still function even while under construction, and it seemed even like they took extra care in clean-up, knowing curiously babies would be following behind! Javier was always super responsive and he was also good about reaching out for clarification when needed on their end, too. I would recommend 100%, and will also be saving their info in case we have any other home projects down the line.

Javi and his crew did a great job on a home repair I needed. Their quote was the best out of the 3 that I received. Javi was extremely kind and respectful. His guys were clean and considerate while at my house working for 2 days. I plan to use Frayre again for more home projects.

Wow, just wow! Saying that I’m impressed with Javier and his team would be an understatement. Frayre construction not only made my dream of exposed beams a reality, they did it fast, efficiently, and for a fair price. Javier was quick to respond to any question I had and never made me feel like he was trying to cut corners or pull one over on me. He was so transparent with pricing and provides updates every step of the way so I was never out of the loop. The work is more beautiful than I could’ve even imagined, and they were able to get the job done without any disturbances to my life (which is important as I work from home). If you’re looking to make some upgrades, improvements, or fixes to your home, Javier and the Frayre Construction team are the people to call!

I cannot express in words how thrilled I am with my new kitchen. I was getting the run around by several GCs and or cabinet contractors but then I found Frayre Construction. Javier and his crew delivered top quality work and were so respectful while I lived through this renovation. Javier was very communicative and addressed every question and concern. A full house remodel I really enjoy creating and build new design from scratch we relocate new location for fire place, new kitchen complete remodeled with custom cabinets from are shop, new laundry design flooring,stairs and master bathroom this amazing job take us 4.5 months to complete from design to last piece on place.
