- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the difficulty of the installation. Sunsetter shows product pricing on their website, and I match, and usually beat, their prices. I will honor any Sunsetter promotion, or discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to the site, examine the area and measure. Determine the proper installation needed. Prepare estimate, and show samples. This is usually done in about 30 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in building products sales for over 20 years.
