My estimate stated as a simple door repair inquiry and led to him completely remodeling the kitchen in my rental property. I got 4 bids and his was the most detailed, professional and complete. This let me know that he was the right choice, and he was! He walked me through the remodel and it finished in two weeks as promised. We also picked out the colors, cabinets, appliances, etc together. See before and after photos. After that went so well, I hired him again and he is currently completing the rest of the turnkey projects at my rental like installing a new water heater, painting vanities, fixing shelving, etc. Wilmer isn’t the cheapest, but the quality of work you receive is worth the price.
