Mr. Jones is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He follows up on every detail. The window and door installers are friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job replacing 20 windows and an outside door. I would highly recommend Bridewood Exteriors and Mr. Jones to any of your home needs.

I would rate this as a 3.5 if it was possible. The quality of the door and the warranty are worth the price. However, there were issues with the scheduling that made the entire project extremely frustrating. If I can find another company to match the look of the new door, I won't be using NTWS for the remainder of my project. I also didn't like the fact that it was never mentioned that the door installer doesn't do finish work. The exterior of my door is framed with raw wood and caulk. If I had known beforehand, I would've had paint ready to finish up.
