What seemed like a straight-forward washer/dryer hook up to me, definitely was not simple at all in my old rental apt basement - but Ken handled it easily, and in no time at all. He responded quickly to my Thumbtack request. Ken organized the wiring and installed the correct outlet needed for the dryer; and hooked up the washer with new and secure drain hose - with every step he was problem-solving how to professionally handle decades of odd wiring. Karen B. says, "I had a rather unique plumbing issue at one of my properties. The sewer lines not only crossed a busy road but went all the way through a neighbor's yard and then crossed a small creek. Whoever installed the sewer lines fifteen years ago did a horrible job and the sewer was broken and endangered the creek. Comfy Kozy got all the required permits from the government agencies to do such a job. Designed a proper and permanent way to cross the creek and tied into the main sewer line. I was present for the inspections and the project exceeded the governmental requirements. AJ also did an excellent job of restoring the properties effected by his digging with an excavator. He actually improved the landscaping after restoring the creek banks and adding more topsoil to the property. It took five days, but the job was done right and exceeded expectations.
