The serviceman Chance cut openings in the drywall in the garage and behind the shower in the second floor bathroom. He found the problem with the bathroom shower spout quickly. He drove to Loews and got a replacement spout. Unfortunately it is chrome not brushed nickel since that one was not available. He replaced the spout and caulked it. I am not happy that the spout is not brushed nickel (although that was the only option at the time). I have not used the shower yet since the spout and caulking are still drying. I hope the problem is fixed.
