I had an issue with my bathroom sink draining slowly. After trying Drain-O with no success, I called these plumbers, and I’m so glad I did! They were incredibly professional and thorough. They snaked the sink and removed a lot of gunk.
The plumbers did a great job identifying the root cause and resolving the issue efficiently. They explained everything clearly and even repaired a slight leak in the pipe. I appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to getting the job done right. Now the sink drains perfectly, and I feel confident that the issue has been fully resolved.

Kamil is exceptional. He was quick to respond and extremely diligent and working through a complex drain clog. He was patient and was effective in pivoting in order to get the job done. Our drain pipes in our bathroom sink had corroded and basically fallen apart. Since this was a semi-emergency situation, we needed a plumber who could come within a day or two. Eddie was able to make time for us and came right on time. I had sent him a photo of the situation and he came fully prepared with all the right parts. After the job was completed, he noticed that the sink was totally clogged, a new problem. He literally stayed another two hours (!) trying to trouble shoot, since the clog had nothing to with his work or the initial problem. He did not ask for extra payment and explained that he just wanted to make sure all was good and we were satisfied. At the end of the day, all was good, and we will definitely call on him again for our next plumbing job.

I highly recommend Jack's Plumbing! I submitted a request for a quote late at night, and by 5:30am the next morning I already had a reasonable quote to do some repairs under my sink on the same day! My experience was fantastic. The pricing was reasonable and clear from the outset (Jack was clear about parts included in the price/repair), the workmanship was excellent (thoroughly made sure all component parts of the sink/drain/pipes were in perfect working order, and even made some adjustments to the water pressure to have the sink work better than it ever has!), VERY punctual (10 minutes early with all of the replacement parts and equipment they needed handy!), and very responsive via text message (sending photographs of the pipes that needed repair was really helpful!). When they arrived, they were kind and professional, and I was thoroughly impressed with both their speed in completing the job (everything was done in under a half hour) and their thoroughness in having my sink/drain in working order. They were also careful to complete the work so as not to cause damage to any surrounding floor or countertop space in the apartment, which I greatly appreciated! This is also the first time I've hired plumbers who take this level of care during/after the job. The services from Jack's plumbing were fantastic and I would absolutely hire them again should I need additional repairs. I was unsure about who to hire in NYC, and procrastinated having work done because I worried about getting ripped off. Hiring Jack's plumbing was such a relief! I'm so thankful they fixed my plumbing, and I'm relieved to know I can trust their workmanship and services in the future.
