We had a pipe burst in mid-January, which flooded the downstairs guest bedroom AND the landing connecting the stairs leading up to the main floor. We didn't rush the repairs, because EVERYTHING had to dry out, thoroughly. By summer, we were able to start the recovery, researching and interviewing several companies including Refresh Renovations whose bid was on the lower end. It took about a month, from the initial wreckage removal to the last trim on the walls along the newly-restored and carpeted flooring. The insulation, drywalling, painting, and detailing were meticulously done. The different crews of workers were prompt, courteous, and thorough, and never left a mess behind. I kept thinking about that TV commercial for an interior refurbishing company, showing a badly flooded home that wound up looking "like it never even happened" when the recovery was complete. Refresh Renovations also had a follow-up program to check back in, over the next year, to see how their work has held up. I hope we never have another "mess-adventure" like this, but if we do, I'm calling Refresh Renovations, first thing! - Mary Lyon Lake Oswego"See more
