NWV is our go-to for remodels and new building for our real estate investment business. We’ve worked with Mark and his team for many years on a variety of projects. Always professional, high quality, within budget. They get the work done as promised. They built a terrific ADU for us on a 5000 square foot lot in North Portland. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on cost + 20-30% depending on the scope of work and the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first appointment will be a phone call to get to know each other and the scope of the project. Second appointment is an onsite appointment to get pictures and firm up the scope. Develop a design specification sheet and get it approved. Develop an estimate and present the estimate, scope and timeline to the client within the third or fourth appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified with Oregon Contractors Construction Board. Our number is 170784. Our architects have over 100+ years of combined experience and one of them has there LEED Accreditation. Our Designer has 30+ years of design experience and belongs to different design associations. Our President, Derrick Aragon has over 25+ years of residential construction experience. We have the best team to serve your needs.
