FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From minor repairs and touch-ups to major construction and remodeling, we have experience with a wide range of projects. We recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work in construction. That's why we take the time to thoroughly understand your project goals, assess the site, and develop a detailed scope of work before providing you with a personalized estimate. This ensures that you receive accurate pricing and a clear understanding of what's included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation (Phone Call): We start with a friendly phone call to get to know each other and discuss your project in detail. This conversation helps us understand your vision, needs, and initial thoughts on budget and timeline. It's a chance for you to ask questions and for us to determine if we're a good match to work together. On-Site Assessment: If the initial consultation goes well, we'll schedule an on-site visit. This is where we can see the space firsthand, take measurements and photos, and refine the project scope together. We'll discuss materials, potential challenges, and explore different options in more detail. This visit is essential for accurate planning. Proposal and Presentation: After the on-site visit, we'll develop a detailed proposal that includes a comprehensive estimate, a clear scope of work, and a realistic project timeline. We'll then schedule a meeting to present this proposal to you, walk you through the details, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
