My initial experience with this HVAC contractor was positive, with prompt communication. After some back and forth, we scheduled a meeting date. A few days later, I sent additional information about the project to ensure it was a good fit, but received no response for several days. I even followed up a few times to make sure he did not miss the message. Also Thumbtack showed me last time he was online. So he was checking Thumbtack
The night before our scheduled meeting, the contractor messaged me saying, "Sorry, I did not see your message. I am still able to meet or we can do a video call." I replied the next morning, confirming our meeting and expressing my willingness to switch to a video call, but received no further response.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no communication.
Typically, I don't leave negative reviews, but this contractor's lack of professionalism delayed my HVAC replacement project by nearly a week (as I was waiting to meet with him before making decisions). Additionally, I had taken time off work for our scheduled meeting.
In summary, this contractor flaked on me, causing unnecessary delays. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware of what to expect when engaging with him.
