- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have always disagreed with a pushy sales approach - I'd much rather work through your comfort needs when booking your project together - working with Valley View HVAC is choice to thousands of our clients. Attention to your needs. Listening. I have spent extensive hours on the phone and emails with some clients to assure they are comfortable with their needs being met. Our professional team is pleased to work diligently to restore heating and cooling functions to your home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in business management and have clocked decades of job experiences in numerous facets of home repair and renovation - from the foundation to the roof, from landscaping to lighting, both indoors and out. I have participated in the installation of bathrooms//kitchens and everything in between. While I am rarely out working on site as your HVAC technician, we manage and work in tandem with our team of knowledgeable technicians closely to assure your project satisfaction.
