- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a licensed and insured Journeyman Plumber to a customers home to provide an estimate before we do any work. For smaller jobs we will complete while we are there if the customer is ready. If it is a larger job we will email the estimate to the customer in a day or two. The customer can then schedule the job by contacting us or accepting the estimate. We will communicate with the customer from beginning until the end of the job.
