We had a short notice need to install a new faucet, shut off valves and hook up our new sink. Kurtis responded right away and was able to come the next morning so we weren't without water/sink use for very long. Curtis did a great job installing my faucet and garbage disposal in my new sink. It got a bit complicated at one point and Curtis ran out for some extra parts and fixed it in a jiffy!

Kurtis was very patient of the house that was built in the 1950s. He explained a few things that might be a problem but it all worked out in the end. New bathroom faucet with new plumbing and a new fancy kitchen faucet has been installed correctly and with new parts. Just need to grab some plugs for the holes in the kitchen sink and it's done! Kurtis replaced my kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job. Arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, he took all the old stuff, and left everything tidy. As far as communication, I’ve never had someone as prompt and thoughtful (“I’m on my way.”) All of his responses were quick & professional. He also centered a pedestal faucet that a previous installer couldn’t get right! I had questions about some other work and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I had an issue with my old shower valve. He researched it ahead of time, purchased the part I might need, and came fully prepared. He was clear that I was under no obligation to buy it, and he would return it if I didn’t need/want it. That was impressive, considering it was beyond his normal scope of faucet/sink installation! In addition, Kurtis was very careful about wearing a mask during this pandemic, which I appreciated. I highly recommend him!
