If you’re on any sort of timeline, do not hire this contractor. I hired him for a siding repair job, and not only did he cancel on the day of the project due to a supposed truck malfunction, but he showed zero remorse for the inconvenience he caused. He had already used my money to purchase $2,000 worth of materials, which he left for me to store in my garage, but offered no solution, no backup plan, and no effort to make things right.
I’m in the process of selling my home and planned to list at the end of the month. Thanks to his complete lack of professionalism, my listing date may now be delayed, forcing me to scramble to find another contractor who can complete the job within 1.5 weeks. A responsible professional would have arranged for another crew, rescheduled promptly, or at the very least, communicated a plan once his truck was repaired. Instead, he left me hanging.
If you need a reliable contractor, look elsewhere—this company is not it.

Chameleon painting was great. I had a leak inside the house from failed caulking on the siding. They repaired my siding, and they touched up the repairs with paint I provided. What made them exceptional? They were responsive to emails when I had questions. They provided pictures of their work. I couldn't see the work since it was on the roof. They were professional. I worked with a few contractors over the summer, and by far, Chameleon painting was the most organized and intentional business who worked with me. I felt I could just let them do their job because they obviously knew what they were doing, they had a plan, and they carried out the plan with efficiency. Finally, their cost was reasonable, and it was what I expected of professional, organized company.
I was very pleased after working with them, so I invited them out to bid for additional jobs.
