- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by a variety of factors including square footage, products to be installed, and accessibility of job-site. We offer discounts for seniors, disabled folks, and veterans. We also offer other material/delivery discounts depending on supplier pricing, call to set up an appointment and see what is available to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very thorough, it begins with an inspection to determine the extent of the scope of work so there are no surprises! We go on to discussing design, in this phase we show you samples and figure out what aligns best for your needs and budget. Finally, when we come to an agreement on price we schedule the project and get it started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Francisco Herrera, the owner and operator has been in the construction industry for over a decade. He has worked with many builders, architects and contractors in the pacific northwest and decided to start his own company in 2018, he worked as a subcontractor for the network he had built throughout the years and finally decided to begin working direct to consumer in 2023.
