This was the second time I've used Spot On Plumbing in the last year and they were great this time as well! Patrick was able to come out the very next day after my service request and repaired my outdoor faucet (a washer had busted). He was very nice and polite and gave me a full rundown on everything going on and what our options were. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I paid for them to repair 2 outside plumbing that was leaking and they were notified of my dissatisfaction with the work that they did. The tech called and said they were gonna get the issue fixed just for him to call me now saying that he would not get the issue fixed unless I pay for it because i did not take my comment for them not showing up for their previous no call no show off the thumbtack app. Also I paid 50 additional dollars for a vent cover for easy access to the waterline per the technicians recommendation just for him to go buy a cheap drywall and place it on my wall. They are scammers and I will not recommend this company for any plumbing work. Over 1000 dollars spent and yet they couldn't get the job done right. Also if he tells you he would comeback to fix the issue the next day, it's a lie because he would not comeback until 1 to 2 weeks later. Everything about this company is bad. If I could even give negative stars, I would. Nothing about their work was professionally done.
