Cale was wonderful- he came at the beginning of the time he said he would and he diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was fast and efficient and I would definitely use Maston again!

Work was done appropriately as far as I can tell but I had issue with a relatively simple job taking an extended period of time and getting billed for that. Plumber didn't disclose that it would take 2 hours to run an auger to clear a drain that really shouldn’t have taken that long (simple one drain clearing and it wasn’t completely clogged)

I had had problems with my hot water tank over and over again. Had another company out 5 times and they never got it fixed. Called Mastons out and he repaired it right off!!!

The price was outrageous for the work that needed to be done, but we went ahead in spite of the cost. I had a drippy faucet in the shower As well as a dripping faucet outside. The bill was $900. I have to work two weeks to earn $900. I do not like having to pay somebody to come out and give a quote and just throwing money away if you decide not to use them. Going forward, I will look for a handyman for something more basic.

Rebuild Moen Tub/Shower with new cartridge. Cut into wall to remove failed outdoor faucet, install new 14” spigot, access installed for future maintenance. Along with our fully Lic team we offer warranties and guarantees on every job we perform. We are very transparent and upfront with our pricing. We don’t offer free estimates and book every call at a standard response rate of $69. We are unable to price jobs remotely. While we do respect the stress of your recent move and how much you have already spent on all the work you are currently doing between other contractors and trades. We stand by our pricing and the work performed. We value you as a customer and will be there again should you choose to call. It was an absolute joy to get to spend time with your husband who I truly respect. Thank you again.
