Christo called us right away and promptly arrived within an hour to assess our situation, which initially seemed like a straightforward leak in our main sewer line. During his inspection, he discovered that our century-old pipe had cracked, stretching all the way from the basement to the backyard—a much larger problem than we had anticipated. Throughout the entire process, Christo was extremely communicative and patient, taking the time to explain the issue and the necessary repairs in detail. Christos arrived within a few hours of my contacting thumbtack about my plumbing problem. He was courteous, friendly and HONEST. He replaced the damaged pipes with high quality pipes so that I had a functional kitchen sink again. He said he would come back with the proper tools to fix the remaining minor issue. Something told me I could trust this guy to come back and he did exactly that. He knows what he’s doing and he delivers quality service at a very good price.
