Excellent experience with v&p... we recently had "V" over to help repair what seemed like a straightforward maintenance job on an old toilet. It turned out to be quite a bit more involved. Without hesitating he offered to go back/forth to a hardware store for additional replacement materials for barely any incremental comp (which I asked and offered myself). Note that it was snowing and 25 degrees at the time! Very happy with the results and happily surprised to the upside at his/their standards of professionalism. PS responsiveness top notch as well... less than 8h from downloading thumbtack to fixing the problem! amazing!!
