V did a great job. He came the next day and completed the job with great quality. The old toilet was not in the best shape, but he took that out and put the new one in without any issues. He made sure to explain what he was doing and even cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with v&p... we recently had "V" over to help repair what seemed like a straightforward maintenance job on an old toilet. It turned out to be quite a bit more involved. Without hesitating he offered to go back/forth to a hardware store for additional replacement materials for barely any incremental comp (which I asked and offered myself). Note that it was snowing and 25 degrees at the time! Very happy with the results and happily surprised to the upside at his/their standards of professionalism. PS responsiveness top notch as well... less than 8h from downloading thumbtack to fixing the problem! amazing!!
